1. Eligibility and agreement

By using SpicyCanvas AI, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to enter this agreement. You must be at least 18 years old to access any 18+ area or create adult content.

2. Accounts and security

Provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure and promptly report suspected unauthorized access through in-app Feedback. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law states otherwise.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not create, upload or distribute illegal content or content that exploits, sexualizes or endangers a minor.
• Do not upload intimate or identity-based material without the rights and informed consent needed to use it.
• Do not impersonate, defraud, threaten, harass or violate another person's privacy, publicity, copyright or other rights.
• Do not bypass security, interfere with the service, automate abusive traffic or resell access without written permission.

4. Inputs and generated outputs

You keep the rights you already hold in your inputs and grant us a limited license to process them solely to operate, secure and support the service. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for every input.

AI outputs can be inaccurate, unexpected or similar to material generated for others. Rights in an output depend on applicable law and provider terms; we do not guarantee exclusivity, ownership or fitness for a particular use. Review outputs before using or sharing them.

5. Credits, generations and purchases

The interface shows the credit price before a generation is submitted. Credits are product units, not currency, and have no cash value except where applicable law requires otherwise.

We offer one-time purchases of digital credit packs. Before you continue to checkout, the interface shows the number of credits, the total price and the applicable currency. A purchase is complete only after the payment is confirmed and the credits are delivered to your account.

Credit purchases and requests to correct or refund a purchase are governed by the Refund Policy. Credits that have already been used are generally not refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Refund requests are reviewed individually and are not approved automatically.

6. Availability and enforcement

The service relies on third-party models and infrastructure and may be delayed, changed or unavailable. We may restrict or close accounts that violate these Terms, create risk or are required to be restricted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees that every request will complete or produce a particular creative result. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms as the product, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date on this page identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
