This policy explains the information SpicyCanvas AI handles and the choices available to users.
1. Information we handle
We process information you provide when creating or using an account, including an email address or phone number, display name, authentication details handled by our authentication provider, prompts, uploads, generated media, feedback and support messages.
We also process service records such as credit balance and transactions, generation status, selected model and settings, security logs, device and browser information, referral data and product analytics.
2. How we use information
- Operate accounts, creation tools, private galleries, credit balances and support.
- Send prompts and media to the model or infrastructure providers needed to perform a requested generation.
- Prevent abuse, investigate failures, secure the service and enforce our Terms.
- Measure product performance and marketing attribution so we can improve the service.
- Comply with applicable law and respond to valid legal requests.
3. Service providers and disclosure
We use infrastructure, authentication, analytics and AI model providers to operate SpicyCanvas AI. They receive only the information needed for their role and process it under their own service terms and our applicable agreements.
We do not publish a user's account gallery as a public profile. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
4. Storage, retention and account controls
Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain security and transaction records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Retention can differ by data type and provider.
Users can delete individual gallery items where the interface allows and can request account closure from the Danger Zone. Some security, financial, backup or legally required records may remain for a limited period after deletion.
5. Adult service and sensitive content
SpicyCanvas AI's 18+ area is intended only for adults. Do not upload intimate material without the informed consent of every depicted adult, and never upload or request content involving minors.
Uploads and generations can contain sensitive material. Use a secure device and account, and do not share access credentials.
6. Your choices and international processing
You may update profile information, remove supported gallery items, close your account and use browser controls described in the Cookie Policy. Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional access, correction, deletion or objection rights.
Our providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use available contractual and technical safeguards for those transfers.
